New guitar!

I just bought an Alvarez acoustic/electric guitar! After-Thanks-Giving sale zindabad!

I am stoked... I have been thinking for months... thinking about my "stranded pakistanis" in California... I mean my stranded guitars. Well, I finally said what the heck.. I do need an acoustic anyway. It's another story I ended up getting one with electronics on it.. and a hard case ..hehe

I am working on developing my callusses ... it is incredibly painful right now to play with those steel strings. But I have good news... No I didn't save a bunch of money by switching to Geico! I am beginning to see the first signs of callusses... Woo hoo!

What's more, I am in the initial stages of negotiations with a music producer to cut my first CD. Ummm... actually he is a friend.. ehem... But he is a good musician and we have vowed to work together on some pieces. Sachchi!

Tricked into blogging!

I have just been tricked into creating my blog! All I wanted was to post a comment on Faraz's posting on his blog and here I am typing away to create a post on a blog no one will ever see... or will they? Maybe I need to take this seriously... hmmm.....
